We are so excited to finally welcome our Voxlings back in person! We are all eager for our kids to be together again and to see how much everyone has grown & changed over the past nineteen months!
🌱 NOVEMBER 7th OPENING & REGISTRATION PROCESS
While we have invited children to participate in liturgy the past couple of weeks with their parents, we are so happy that Greenhouse classes will officially re-open on November 7th! For both Covid safety precautions and in order to have a good initial ratio of volunteers to kids, Greenhouse will begin in a limited capacity via a weekly RSVP process. Registration for Greenhouse can be found at voxveniae.com/signups and will open Sunday mornings at 7 a.m. for the following Sunday. For example, if you would like to register for a Greenhouse spot on November 7th, registration will open the morning of October 31.
Children who are unable to register for a Greenhouse spot that week, are still very welcome to participate in liturgy alongside you with the rest of the adults.Register for Greenhouse
🌱 NEW CLASS UPDATES
A LOT has changed in the nearly two years we were all last in Greenhouse, including our children and our classes. Most Voxlings have moved up to a new class! We have made exciting updates to our classes, including a 4th classroom and creating a smaller student age range in each of our classes. New classes are as follows:
- PODS: 1 & 2 year olds. This classroom meets in the toddler room on the East side of the building. *Please note: this class will be the only age group that does not require masks for students.
- SPROUTS: 3 & 4 year-olds. This class is located in the back hallway with the yellow doors. (previously 3-5 yrs).
- SEEDLINGS: 5-7 year-olds. This group meets in the Spartan trailer located in the courtyard. (previously 6-11 yrs)
- JUNGLE: 8-11 year-olds. This class meets in the Prayer room & attached outdoor space on the East side of the building. (This is our new class and we are taking name suggestions)
🌱 VOLUNTEER PREFERENCE FORM
Since it’s been so long since we all volunteered in Greenhouse, we are needing to update preferences for each person. Please fill out this short form to let us know: 1.) when/if you plan on sending kids to Greenhouse, 2.) which age groups you prefer volunteering with, and 3.) which dates from December through February you would NOT be able to volunteer for Greenhouse because you’re out of town, have plans, etc.
If you plan on sending kids to Greenhouse, we are asking that one (or both) parent/guardian be placed in the volunteer rotation. Remember – the more people who volunteer, the less often you’ll be scheduled. Also, on the Sundays you are scheduled to volunteer, your kids will have a reserved spot in their designated class!
Let us know if you have any questions by emailing [email protected].
