Liturgy
Let us begin our liturgy in prayer as a community.
Our response will be highlighted in yellow.
Remind us, Oh Lord
To lift our eyes from the dusty ground
To truly see you and your creation
Holy is your Divine Majesty, Oh Lord
Remind us, Oh Lord
To open our ears to your wisdom
Though we may not fully understand
Holy is your Divine Mystery, Oh Lord
Remind us, Oh Lord
To open our hearts to yours
To truly see ourselves the way you do
Holy is your Divine Love, Oh Lord
Holy, Holy, Holy is the LORD Almighty
The whole earth is full of her glory
We bring these prayers to you
Majestic Mother,
Mysterious Son,
And Loving Spirit
Amen

Scripture
We invite you to hear from the book of Isaiah 6:1-8
1 In the year that King Uzziah died, I saw the Lord sitting on a throne, high
and lofty, in a robe whose hem filled the temple. 2 Seraphs were in
attendance above; each had six wings: with two they covered their faces,
and with two they covered their feet, and with two they flew. 3 And one
called to another and said,
“Holy, holy, holy is the LORD of hosts;
the whole earth is filled with God’s glory.”
4 The pivots on the thresholds shook at the voices of those who called,
and the house filled with smoke. 5 And I said, “Woe is me! I am lost, for I
have unclean lips, and I live among a people of unclean lips, yet my eyes
have seen the King, the LORD of hosts!”
6 Then one of the seraphs flew to me, holding a live coal that had been
taken from the altar with a pair of tongs. 7 The seraph touched my mouth
with it and said, “Now that this has touched your lips, your guilt has
departed and your sin is blotted out.” 8 Then I heard the voice of the Lord
saying, “Whom shall I send, and who will go for us?” And I said,
“Here am I; send me!”
The Word of the Lord.
Thanks be to God!
The grass withers and the flower fades,
but the Word of the Lord endures forever. Amen.

What is your soul longing for today?
How can we validate the deeper questions of one another’s lives?
Where do you need to see yourself or others more clearly and compassionately?
Benediction
As we look within
Lord have mercy
Lord have mercy on me
Lord have mercy on me, your beloved child
As we look without
Lord have mercy
Lord have mercy on them
Lord have mercy on them, your beloved children
As we look around
Lord have mercy
Lord have mercy on us
Lord have mercy on us, your beloved family.
In the name of God, the provider of mercy
Christ the message of mercy
And the Spirit, the expansion of mercy
Amen
