The following is an update newsletter from our sister church in Chennai, India. They are everything we hope one day to be as a church.

Greetings!

I am very happy to share with you some of the happenings in our ministry during 2012 up through July. God has been so gracious to add new souls in the Kingdom.

Spiritual Activities
From the months of January through July there were 55 new people attending our Sunday worship services and 20 were baptized through our Care Cells. Through our Care Cells, more people are beginning to attend our Sunday worship services. We are working hard to proclaim His Great Commission to unreached people.

Social Activities
We are happy to inform you that the Lord has blessed our ministries towards the poor and downtrodden. At present we have 16 children in our Residential Care and 12 children in our Home Care. There are 28 children total in our program. Please pray for our following activities:

• Orphanage
• Day Care
• Tailoring and Computer School
• Night Tuition Center
• Windows Care

Prayer
I especially request your prayer for my health. I have greater responsibility to minister as a Senior Pastor or Calvary Community Church and have the responsibility as a Chairman in our City level leadership. There are more than 3,000 churches in Chennai. Every month there are new churches coming into our city. Every last Monday of the month we gather as pastors to pray for our nation and transformation.
