Marriage

Scripture invites us to pace our intimacy with commitment. We often experience relationships where one outpaces the other. Yet, wisdom invites us to attend to both in creating supported intimacy. Commitment without intimacy is hollow. Intimacy without the necessary commitment to support it will not weather seasons of difficulty and dryness that eventually give way to deeper possibilities. At some point you may find marriage to be a meaningful support to grow what’s possible between you and another. Scripture speaks of marriage as a covenant, or a deep commitment. This covenant is the essence of Marriage.  A covenant is a commitment made not for our own sake but for the sake of the other.

If your relational intimacy is ready for this next step towards commitment, we will be honored to journey with you and help you prepare. Below are the steps in our process.  Please fill out one form for each person. You’ll be contacted with further instructions after submitting both applications. Thanks!
