With disappointment and hope, our leadership has decided to shift our Sunday liturgy to being fully online on YouTube for the next few weeks. This decision has been made by following APH’s stage levels and advice from our local Vox health professionals who have constantly been serving our city through this pandemic. As difficult as it has been with reconnecting in person, our work in loving our neighbors and ourselves in our city is not done. We will continue doing our part in limiting the communal spread of the Omicron and Delta variant as many of us know friends and loved ones getting sick. Only those serving in specific liturgy roles will be physically present at Vesper.
We will continue to assess APH’s covid stage levels and seek guidance from our medical professionals for when we hope to reopen in-person. We will keep you all updated through this month.
In the meantime, we encourage those who can get vaccinated to do so and to get a booster shot as soon as possible. Additionally, please consider upgrading to KN95 or KF94 masks for better protection in light of what we know from these new variants.
If you have any questions, please email us at [email protected].
With love, hope, and grace as we approach our new year, Lord have mercy, and thanks be to God for each of you.
