Space12 will be hosting a fundraiser on Saturday, April 2nd, called The RunAround. This will be a race around the local neighborhoods with proceeds going to Space12 to help continue our vision of sharing this space and our resources with our neighbors and other non-profits.

There are three categories of races:

• 1 mile walk
• 5K run
• 15K bike ride

The fee to participate is a donation of $5 for kids and $15 for adults. There will be prizes for the first person to finish each category and a couple of other prizes such as best picture taken while participating. The races will all start and end at Space12 with a post-race party after the event.

The race is open to everyone, so please invite your neighbors, friends, co-workers. It’s a unique and great opportunity to connect people with what we are doing here together on the East side.

When: 10am-1pm
Where: Space12 (start and finish)
Cost: $15.00 Donation for Adults, $5.00 Donation for Kids. Any donation amounts over the Race Fee would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for your support!
