[Vox News] Rabbit Week Edition

Regardless of where you’ve seen ’em, Rabbits of all shapes and sizes are probably one of the greatest furry animal in the world. Whether you’ve seen ’em nibbling grass on the side of the road or hopping around and escaping a predator in pursuit, rabbits seem to have a way of looking great while doing menial activities. Maybe they took a page out of the ‘Real Housewives of New Jersey’ script, where going to get the mail or picking up your kids from school requires 6 hours of concentrated efforts in front of a mirror to make sure ever piece of hair and facial plastic is in its proper place and height. Perhaps you find yourself on the opposite side of the love divide and have nothing but animosity for these floppy-eared rascals and actually believe that a rabbits are evil and should be called Frank because they told you to flood the school and bury a hatchet into a steel statue. Either way, whether you enjoy rabbits as pets or protein, may this week be a salute to all things rabbit, whether fictitious or factual.

[Summer Neighborhoods]

Summer neighborhoods have commenced, and let me tell you, it’s been a doozie!! We will be spending the summer neighborhoods session discussing prayer, so if you’re interested in joining one of the 3 neighborhoods we have going on, send us an email and we’ll hook you right up!

[Relationship Status: Available]

No, Vox isn’t on the prowl for a date, nor are we trying to solicit help in matchmaking. We are, however wanting to let you all know that one of the Vox houses on the East Side is available to anyone who may be interested in moving into the neighborhood. This house has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and lots of character. If you are looking for a place to live and are interested in exploring the possibility of living on the East Side, send us an email and we’ll help you change your housing status from “it’s complicated” to “in a relationship with…”

[ECC Update]

Again, we wanted to thank our community for their feedback in our ECC affirmation vote. We received overwhelming support from the Vox community that we should join ECC and continue down this path of partnership. The Nav Team will be coordinating with ECC as far as the logistics and will keep you posted on the next steps.

[Nav Team Birth Announcement – Emily Cox!!]

We are so excited to share the news with the world that the newest addition to the Nav Team family has finally arrived!! Her name is Emily Cox, and we couldn’t be prouder to welcome her in to the flock. With the addition of Emily, the team not only gets stronger and wiser, thanks to her life experiences at A&M, Fuller and Foundation For The Homeless, but the chances of the Nav Team winning a tennis tournament has gotten exponentially better!! Can you say ‘Ringer, baby!!!’???!!!! If you have any questions or feedback, feel free to chat with anyone on the Nav Team to voice your grievances, approvals, or requests for more free juice boxes during snacks. And finally, the next chance you get, grab a chat with Emily, and in no time, you’ll see why her addition to the Nav Team is the greatest thing Vox has done since getting a ping pong table.
