Numbers from Ecuador

In 2015, we partnered with Chris and Jenny Hoskins through our denomination, the Evangelical Covenant Church, to support their missionary work with pastoral care in Ecuador. If you’d like to learn more about the Hoskins, there are a few resources below.

Chris and Jenny Hoskins, our missionary partners in Ecuador, shared some updates on their work over the last year. Currently, they are waiting to process their permanent resident Visas. Prayer for this process would be appreciated!

Here are some highlights of the Hoskins’ family work over the last 365 days, in their words:

  • 7 intensive classes taught. Including: Christian Ethics, World Religions, and Christian History
  • Nights our guest bed has been filled: 187
  • 250+ Meals eaten around our table with others
  • 10,000+ = Kilometers driven through the Andes visiting project sites, supporting church leaders, joining in on meetings, and exploring our new home
  • 20 church communities + 78 individual friends partnering faithfully with our family and the Ecuadorian Covenant Church.
