Central Asia

The people of Central Asia have been racked by war and the consequences of war for decades. Famine, poverty, corrupt government and lack of human rights and education make up just some of the issues facing Central Asians. The spiritual and psychological havoc wreaked by generations of violence and marginalization may never be understood.

This November Vox will send an individual to serve for two years in Central Asia, teaching English, computers and bicycle mechanics as well as combating maternal mortality and connecting with Central Asian Jesus-followers. If you want to know more about his journey, email him or come to the home-cooked Fundraising Dinner at Space12 this Saturday.

This post needs your thoughts.
