In our attempt to be a good neighbor, we are partnering with the neighborhood association to help clean up the Boggy Creek area. It’s a great way to connect and participate with the local neighborhood.

They are planning to hold a clean up on Saturday, Apr 15 from 9-11am.

Here’s info provided from the McKinley Heights Adopt-A-Creek Group:

• Meet up at the creek concession stand at Downs Mabson baseball fields (park at Alexander Ave and 13th to 14th street)
• Wear long pants and boots (or old shoes) and be prepared to get muddy 
• Bring work gloves 
• Recommended for adults and older teens 
• Trash bags, trash grabber devices will be provided 
• A safety measures orientation will be given 

Please note: If it is raining (or drizzling), this will be postponed until the next Saturday (Apr 22) at the same time.
