The seasons are changing in more ways than one and we are grateful to be regathering as a community. Join us as we meet new friends, reconnect with old friends, celebrate this new season and hold space for healing as we receive God’s love for us and for each other in the beautiful Texas Hill Country.

Meals

The retreat will not be catered this year due to the impact of COVID on our preparation schedule. This means we will have one group-coordinated dinner on Saturday as a whole community, and the other meals will be uncoordinated and self-managed (more details and suggestions to come). We will have access to a walk-in commercial refrigerator to store any food.

Housing

There are a combination of shared smaller and larger cabins available and we will do our best to assign housing based on needs and requests.

Vaccination and Testing Requirements

HEB Foundation Camp is requiring each attendee to provide proof of vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test (any kind) taken no more than 3 days before arrival.

Finally, while we’ll all share in the labor of an unstaffed retreat, all activities are optional and we encourage you to use this time in a way that will be restorative and energizing for you.
