God you are constant like the rising sun each morning.
I need your presence today
more than the fields need your sunlight
or the rivers need the rain.
Without you, my words are empty.
Without you, my heart is not whole.
I thank you Lord who lights my path.
I thank you God who shines through my life.
I thank you Lord for warming my relationships.
I thank you that each new day starts off bright.
Guide me with your breeze and let me be fueled
from the warmth of your Son. Amen.
